We have on-site linens, tables & chairs, a dance area and more. You just need to provide the food and guests.
A Hilltop Venue is an intimate venue in Strafford, Missouri. We love all types of celebrations, including but not limited to Bridal showers, Birthday parties, Anniversary parties, Graduation Parties, Christmas Parties, Class reunions, Corporate gatherings, and of course WEDDINGS!!
Our gathering area can accommodate 120 guests and has 2 large wrought iron and crystal chandeliers as well as a unique bar area in which to serve your guests. We have a grooms room area to change and store belongings as well as a brides suite complete with its own chandeliers, antique vanity, and trifold mirror all for a bride to feel beautiful and pampered on her big day.
Outdoors we have a couple of areas that we think make great places for your ceremony or gatherings, The Waterfall or The Huge Oak Tree.
At A Hilltop Venue, we feel everyone should be able to have a custom stress-free wedding of their dreams at an affordable price. For your convenience, we even offer full weekend rates. No one should feel rushed during preparations leading up to a special event or feel they have to be watching the clock to meet an hourly deadline to be out of the event venue. We sincerely want your event to be a relaxing enjoyable time for everyone!

Here at A Hilltop Venue we want to make your special event as easy and enjoyable as possible. We will be here to give you support and maybe a few pointers if you need some. We also have tables, chairs and some linens here on-site for you to use.

We held my daughter's wedding at this venue with Betsy as our host and cannot say enough good things about it! This venue is the best value for the price, by far, but the best thing about it is Betsy! She made planning easy. She is very accommodating and easy to work with. She wanted our party to be happy with the wedding day and went above and beyond to help make it that way!
Beautiful venue and excellent serve by owner. Very caring and attentive to our needs. Our high school graduation party was a success thanks to Hilltop Venue. Highly recommend this venue for special occations. Everyone loved it.
Hilltop Venue a great place for your event. Weddings, baby showers ect. I love that having booked a wedding you get the whole weekend to celebrate and make your dreams come true.
We had an event there in September. Betsy was so helpful and kind and just wonderful to work with. We had lots of room, Betsy did some special decorations and the setting was so perfect. If you are having an event, check with Betsy. She was truly great.

A hilltop venue is an amazing place, with even more amazing owners. I would recommend this venue 10,000%!! Whether it’s a wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, family reunion etc., you just seriously can’t beat it. Betsy is so very accommodating and goes out of her way to make every event perfect and then some. Such a beautiful place.
